Our Story
FlipFundingPro was born out of frustration. After more than two decades of buying, renovating, and selling real estate across Florida and Nevada, we had experienced every kind of lender imaginable. And most of them shared the same problems: they were too slow, too rigid, and too disconnected from the realities of real estate investing.
We started as investors. We bought our first properties in South Florida in the early 2000s, working through the boom, the crash, and the recovery. We earned our real estate broker licenses. We built portfolios. We flipped houses. We funded double closings. We learned the business from the inside out.
Along the way, we kept running into the same wall. When we needed capital fast, traditional lenders could not deliver. When we found a deal that needed to close in three days, banks wanted three months. When we needed bridge capital for a double closing, nobody understood what we were asking for.
So we became the lender we wished we had.
What Makes Us Different
The biggest difference between FlipFundingPro and a typical hard money lender is experience. We are not financial analysts who read about real estate in a textbook. We have walked through distressed properties, managed renovation crews, negotiated with sellers, and sat at closing tables hundreds of times.
When you submit a deal to us, we evaluate it the way an investor evaluates it. Is the purchase price right? Does the renovation budget make sense? Is the exit strategy realistic? We ask these questions because we have asked them about our own deals for over 20 years.
This experience also means we move fast. We do not need a committee to approve your loan. We do not need a third-party appraiser to tell us what a property is worth. We know these markets. We know what works. And we can make decisions quickly because we have the knowledge and authority to do so.
Our Approach to Lending
We built FlipFundingPro around a few core principles that guide every deal we fund:
Speed is not optional. In real estate investing, deals do not wait. If you need capital this week, we deliver this week. We have closed loans in as little as 24 hours.
The deal is the deal. We are asset-based lenders. We evaluate the property and the investment, not your credit score or your tax returns. If the deal makes sense, we fund it.
Transparency matters. You will never see hidden fees, last-minute changes, or bait-and-switch terms from us. Our term sheets are clear and straightforward.
Entities only. We lend exclusively to LLCs and corporations. This protects both parties and keeps every transaction clean and professional.
Relationships over transactions. Many of our borrowers come back deal after deal. We build relationships with serious investors because we want to be your go-to capital source, not just a one-time lender.

FlipFundingPro currently operates in Florida and Nevada. We chose these markets because we know them intimately. We have invested in both states for years and understand the local dynamics, property values, and market trends.
Florida offers incredible diversity for real estate investors. From the luxury market in Miami and Fort Lauderdale to the growth markets in Orlando and Tampa, every region presents unique opportunities.
Nevada continues to attract investors with no state income tax, strong population growth, and booming markets in Las Vegas and Reno.
